- General Configuration
Rugged, Durable Hardware "V-Cam" and inverted cam (angle mount)
hinges are manufactured from high-strength iron alloy. The "New" EZ-Hang offset
pivot hardware is precision fabricated 11 gauge steel or Stainless Steel.
- Windows--Safe Visibility
RubbAir doors offer a choice of window styles to accommodate the degree
of visibility required in almost any application. 1/8" or 1/4" thick
polycarbonate.
- Air Seals
Full perimeter air seals are standard on all full thickness traffic doors
and are fabricated from polymer impregnated nylon and santoprene, seals optional on other
models.

- Raised Lower Bearing
To facilitate cleaning under the door hardware and to minimize damage to
lower bearing. Easy-mount hardware incorporates bearing in 8 3/4" .125 thick
fabricated steel jamb guard.
- Jamb Guard
1/4" heavy duty steel plate either 8 3/4" or 16" high, the
jamb guard is designed to deflect forks and similar hazards.
- Movable Flap Transom
Recommended for openings in excess of 8' high. Constructed of abrasion
resistant 4 ply rubber or two ply vinyl. Transom complements traffic door by providing an
economical and lightweight means of closing off space in upper sections of large openings
while still allowing the occasional high load to pass through.
- Safety Cushion Nosing--Santoprene Blade Seals
Flexible, rubber nosing eliminates the danger of crushed hands and
fingers. Santoprene seals overlap for positive closure.
- Impact Wear Panels & Bumpers
Polyethylene and Rubber Bumpers as well as pad type and full wrap-around
impact wear panels of tough abrasion resistant vinyl or rubber for almost any application.
