Standard Features

	Heavy duty, Galvanized steel, self closing gravity hinges that mount at the top of door jambs, eliminating the need for bottom hinges that can be damaged and restrict traffic.
	2-ply Green USDA accepted vinyl coated nylon totaling 80 ounces of weight per sq. yd.
	Temperature range from -20慚 to + 120慚
	18"w x 15"h clear vision area
	3" doo overlap to ensure better thermal barrier

The Flap-R Door is ideally suited for:

	Minimal wind or negative pressure conditions
	Maximum door size of 10' 0"w x 12' 0"h
	Applications where the width of the load is
	greater than 60% of the opening.

	10" high mounting brackets, 1/4" thick welded reinforced steel.
	3/8" diameter mounting holes
	5/8" diameter rod
	Top anti-friction bushing
	Bottom low wear bearing

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

	Wear Panels can be applied where sharp edged loads or motorized traffic are being utilized.
	Standard wear panels consist of 0.125" thick USDA abrasion and cut resistant Surlyn material and are mechanically fastened.
	Custom size windows and optional colors are available - consult factory.
